Special events offer the opportunity to further positive community relations.
The Office of Public Relations and Marketing can help you plan your event and make sure every detail is taken into account to make it as pleasant and productive as possible.
Specifically, we will help you ensure that:
- the optimum location is chosen
- the best values are negotiated for catering, rental equipment, etc.
- all printed materials are coordinated with the event and are available when and where needed
- appropriate media releases are issued
- appropriate audio/visual equipment is available
- entertainment is arranged as needed.
